We explored Normandy and Paris. In Normandy we visited many D- Day beaches, museums and related invasion sites , including Omaha beach, Utah beach , Pointe Du Hoc and the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial. We had a guided walking city tours in Bayeux and in Paris. Of course, in Paris we visited Notre Dame, Shakespearean company, Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower , followed by an evening boat tour on the Seine river.
When asked what her favorite part of France was, Savannah said , “I have dreamed of going to Paris for years. As someone who loves architecture, seeing things like the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and all sorts of other beautiful buildings, was absolutely magical. The entire city is gorgeous and I loved every second of it. I even got to pet a cat in a beautiful and funky book store.”
