Volunteering in Uganda
Elizabeth Dyminski went abroad for the first time ever this past summer and spent a month volunteering in Uganda. “Volunteering abroad was the best decision I have ever made. I was able to travel across the world and provide medical support to those in need. This opportunity helped me grow as a person and realize that you do not need money to be happy.”

I am so thrilled that I chose Florence as the destination for my study abroad. I cannot say enough great things about the API staff in Florence. They were caring and extremely helpful. They held so many weekend excursions and many activities. From cooking classes, to gelato workshops, walking tours and weekends to locations such as Rome, Tuscany (Siena & Wine Tasting), Sorrento, Capri, AnaCapri and Pompeii. Interning Abroad in London
Dawn Lopez, an accounting major, has just started a 6-week internship in London. Dawn will be interning in the financial department of a historic luxury hotel in London.
