The GCU student group has arrived safely to Chile. The day was packed with a tour of Santiago. The students began their day visiting a memorial museum that detailed the human rights violations the former dictator, Pinochet carried out. Throughout the rest of the day the student toured around outside and were able to see a few markets, some landmarks and memorial statues, and get used to taking public transit in Santiago. The student are excited to become familiar with their next stop and the meet their host families.
